Which air-taxi companies are publicly listed?

Most air-taxi and eVTOL builders in this catalog are still private. A smaller group files with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and trades on a U.S. exchange. This page lists only those companies that appear in the Air Taxi Spot directory and that have a primary SEC filing stating the exchange and ticker.

A public listing is not a score. It does not mean the aircraft is certified, that tickets are for sale, or that the stock is a good investment. It only means the company (or its parent registrant) has registered securities that trade under the symbols below.

Companies with a Public float pill on this site

Four cards also show a Public float pill next to Active. That figure is the market value of shares held by non-affiliates from the cover of a Form 10-K — not full-company market cap and not a round “valuation.” Tap the pill to open the same filing.

Also publicly listed in this directory

These three also trade on a U.S. exchange. Their annual reports do not put a non-affiliate market-value figure on the cover the way a domestic Form 10-K often does, so this directory does not show a Public float pill for them.

What this page does not list

  • Private companies, subsidiaries of larger groups with no standalone ticker, and programs that only raise private rounds.
  • Press “valuations” or secondary estimates that are not stated in a primary SEC filing used on this site.
  • Warrants and other related symbols (for example JOBY WS or ACHR WS) beyond the common equity tickers above.

Listings and float figures change when companies file updates. When a card shows a Public float pill, treat that filing as the source of truth for the number on this site.
